We offer you training in the following disciplines:
- Jujitsu - The word Jujitsu means soft or pliable art and is derived from Feudal Japan. Some styles have retained the traditional character, while others have been streamlined into sports
- Moter-Father-Child group - An exiting news where you as a parent to a child aged 4-7 years can train together and experience a lot of laughter, happiness and sweat.
- Brazilian JiuJitsu (BJJ) -The Brazilian version of jujutsu was founded by the Gracie family from Brazil. From Kodokan Judo (Kano Ryu Jiu-jitsu), Jigoro Kano and Maeda Mistsuyo laid the foundation to what is now known as Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
- Traditionell kobudo -We are pleased to introduce our unique concept of Japanese martial arts training. In collaboration with the Institute for Japanologi.
- Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) - Safety with as few restrictions as possible, Mixed Martial Arts or as it is often referred to, MMA, is designed for sparring and competition
- Shootfighting - Shootfighting began as a form of competition for various arts of fighting in Japan and eventually developed into a competitive sport.
- Boxing - Boxing is a form of exercise aimed both at people who wish to get some general exercise and at those who wish to compete.
- Thaiboxing - Thaiboxing (Muay Thai in Thai) is a form of martial arts from Thailand where you compete in full-contact.
